These terms govern access to and use of codolox.com. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and consistently with these terms. Separate project proposals, statements of work or service agreements govern paid client engagements.

Website purpose

This website presents Codolox services, selected work, editorial content and a way to submit project enquiries. Information is general and does not by itself create a client relationship, commitment, quote or guarantee of availability.

Permitted use

You may browse and share links to public pages for lawful personal or business evaluation. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, overload service endpoints, misrepresent your identity or use the website in a way that violates another person's rights.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the Codolox name, website design, original text, interface system and original visual materials are owned by or licensed to Codolox. Client names, websites and brand materials remain the property of their respective owners. Displaying selected work does not transfer rights in client materials.

Project enquiries

Sending an email does not guarantee acceptance, a response time or a particular project outcome. Please provide accurate information and do not send confidential credentials, payment information or material you are not authorized to disclose.

Links to project websites and external services are provided for context. Codolox does not control their availability, security, accuracy or terms. Visiting an external website is at your own discretion.

Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep public information accurate and the website available, but content can become outdated and access may be interrupted for maintenance, security or reasons beyond our control. Editorial content is informational and should not be treated as legal, financial or other regulated professional advice.
